Terms and Conditions

  • Entry to the Somerley Beer Festival is at the discretion of the Directors and the staff of the Somerley festival.
  • Once purchased, tokens cannot be transferred, sold, offered for sale, exchanged or returned. Somerley cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any tokens.
  • The Somerley festival staff may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all festival goers or if there is any cause for suspicion.
  • Staff reserve the right to request identification from any person looking under the age of 25.
  • Somerley cannot be held responsible for any tokens that are lost or stolen.
  • Somerley reserves the right to not accept any tokens that it reasonably suspects have been made fraudulently.
  • Under no circumstances may food or drink be brought into The Walled Garden.
  • Somerley cannot accept responsibility for any personal property.
  • All people present consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the Somerley Beer Festival and its activities in print, in the media and on websites.
  • Any attendee must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and regulations whilst attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Somerley staff to eject the attendee from the Festival site.
  • In the interests of public safety Somerley reserves the right to request attendees to leave the festival at any time for safety reasons.
  • To the fullest extent permissible in law, Somerley shall be entitled to assign any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
  • None of the terms of this Agreement may be relied upon or enforced under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party that is not a party to this Agreement
  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision/s and remainder of the Agreement valid or enforceable
  • Somerley reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification.
  • The information on this website is for reference only. Somerley and any other named party can not be held responsible for any wrong information.
  • Somerley reserve the right to change any information on this website at any time.
  • We reserve the right to search bags.
  • No alcohol will be served to minors.
  • We hold a zero tolerance policy for drunken or antisocial behaviour.
  • The festival welcomes well-behaved children, provided that they are accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times. Please note we do not have a crèche or other supervised areas for children. There are numerous opportunities for uncontrolled children to injure themselves. It is therefore paramount that all children are supervised at all times and any children found to be unsupervised, or misbehaving will be asked to leave the festival along with their parents or guardians.
  • Please note that we will not tolerate the sale of alcohol to (or consumption of alcohol by) persons under 18 years of age. Acceptable forms of identification for those who are 18 or over (but are fortunate enough to look younger), are a valid Passport, current Driving License (with photo ID) or a 'PASS accredited proof-of-age card' with the 'Pass' Hologram
  • Alcohol is not permitted outside The Walled Garden
  • Under no circumstances may alcohol be brought onto the Somerley Estate
  • Somerley is not responsible for any loss damage or injury howsoever caused unless caused by the negligence of Somerley
  • Statutory rights are not affected
  • In these terms and conditions Somerley mean the organisers of the Somerley Beer & Music Festival. All tickets purchased prior to the event are non refundable, unless the event is canceled due to unforeseen reasons.
  • No pets of any kind shall be allowed into the walled garden with the exception of certified guide dogs. Somerley takes no responsibility for any pet left in any vehicle.
  • All tickets purchased for camping prior to the event are non refundable, unless the event or camping is canceled due to unforeseen reasons.
  • All people camping overnight must stay within the designated camping area.
  • Somerley staff reserve the right to eject from the estate, any persons found in any areas other than the walled garden or designated camping area
  • Somerley staff reserve the right to eject from the estate, any persons/vendors paying with cash or receiving cash for produce.
  • All people camping must remove their litter from the estate
  • No fires or barbecues of any kind are permitted in the camping area.
